Initial Meeting and Application

Our skill is in the packaging, presentation and matching of your with the lender. We assist with the application form and helping you provide the correct supporting documentation.

Approval Process

We liaise with the lender, mortgage insurer and valuers where needed as your advocate to ensure the highest possibility of approval within your parameters.

Settlement Process

We act as a co-ordinator between the various parties i.e. the lenders solicitors, you and your conveyancor/solicitor, real estate agents, and the vendors solicitor. We relieve you of the stress of the whole process.
